Healthy Cooking for Diabetics

"Holiday Eats and Treats-Diabetic Style" You are what you eat. Keeping up with a special diabetic diet can be challenging and tedious. Join us and learn something new in our quarterly cooking classes tailored for the diabetic diet. Led by a registered dietitian, our class offers new cooking techniques, recipes and delicious samples for those who attend. $10 per person, $5 per additional family member. Team:Bariatrics - Free Weight Loss Seminar

Team:Bariatrics has a unique, integrated and multidisciplinary approach to weight loss including, PositiveLite Medically Managed Weight Loss; Laparoscopic Gastric Banding-LapBand Weight Loss Surgery; and Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass Weight Loss Surgery Additionally, a Team:Bariatrics patient will share their weight loss journey with seminar participants.

Circle of Friends

Are you a teen who is feeling uncomfortable about your weight? Are you ready to start making positive lifestyle changes to become healthier? This is the group for you! Circle of Friends is a place for teens to learn about health and wellness, share their weight management experiences, and give/get tips for success while encouraging one another under the supervision of a healthcare professinal. This group is open to high school teenagers (15-19 yrs), both males and females. To encourage sharing and open discussion among teens, parents will not be allowed in the group meetings
