Explore Team:Bariatrics unique, integrated and multidisciplinary approach to weight loss. Way To Go Kids

Way To Go Kids is an 8-week program of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes for children ages 9-14 years old. Cost: $15 per participant, $7 per each additional child per family. Call 574/535-2679 to register or for more information.
