Congestive Heart Failure Support Group

The Congestive Heart Failure Support Group is open to all persons with heart failure and their families. It is a place to share common experiences and concerns in a supportive, friendly group atmosphere. A Clinical Nurse Specialist is available to answer your questions and to provide information to enhance your day-to-day management of heart failure. The group meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 10 am-11 am at Greencroft Senior Center. There is no fee and no need to register. Feel free to call 574.535.2871 if you have questions about the group.

Team:Bariatrics - Free Weight Loss Seminar

Explore Team:Bariatrics unique, integrated and multidisciplinary approach to weight loss. Programs include - PositiveLite Medically Managed Weight Loss - Laparoscopic Gastric Banding-LapBand Weight Loss Surgery - Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass Weight Loss Surgery. Additionally, a Team:Bariatrics patient will share their weight loss journey with seminar participants.

Way To Go Kids

Please join us for our kid-friendly orientation to Way To Go Kids, an 8-week program of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes for children ages 9-14 years old. Cost: $15 per participant, $7 per each additional child per family. Call 574/535-2679 to register or for more information.
