Weight Management Program Offered

GOSHEN, Ind. - Beginning in April, Healthy Generation of Goshen Health System is offering a weight management program called The LEARN Weight Management Maintenance Program for those wanting to make healthy lifestyle changes.
This 12-week program is taught by a registered dietician and a registered nurse certified and degreed in fitness and nutrition. The focus is on developing skills needed to make healthy lifestyle choices that will result in long-term weight loss.
Beginning April 14, classes will be held for 12 consecutive Tuesdays, from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. at the Retreat Women's Health Center, 1147 Professional Drive, Goshen.
