Stick with your summer workout with Healthy Generations
GOSHEN, Ind. – Choosing an exercise routine and sticking to it can be a frustrating battle that sometimes leads to dropping a workout regimen altogether.
“When it comes to exercise if you don’t like what you’re doing, chances are you won’t stick with it,” said Norma Monik, Healthy Generations Fitness and Nutrition Coordinator. “If you think you’re stuck in an exercise rut and feel your motivation slipping, don’t be afraid to try new things. Find something that moves you physically and mentally.”
For those looking to break out of their normal exercise routine and try something different this summer, Goshen Health System’s Healthy Generations’ list of fitness classes is long and varied. For $40, participants receive 8 weeks of unlimited classes and workout styles, from yoga to cardio or strength training.
“One of the most common reasons people give up on their workout regimen is simply boredom. They get tired of doing the same thing day in and day out,” said Monik. “One of the great things about our fitness classes is that for one fee, participants can try out any of our classes an unlimited number of times over the course of 8 weeks. You have the ability to try everything or just stick to your favorites or the classes that work best with your schedule.”
